Performing a thorough home inspection will generally take between two and four hours, and a comprehensive report of the findings will be completed and printed out on site. The report includes photos of any areas that may cause concern, and questions are welcomed at any stage of the inspection process. We encourage client attendance and participation during the home inspection, and will explain the findings clearly and in detail.
